Stable, predictable 2nd shift operating Monday through Friday.
EARNING POTENTIAL
$42.00
  • $44.
00 per hour baseline. Overtime kicks in at time-and-a-half (1.5x) after 8 hours on a daily shift, with a guaranteed double-time (2.0x) rate for any Sunday coverage.

What You Will Be Doing Executing comprehensive preventive maintenance, critical fault-tracing, and emergency breakdown repairs across high-capacity industrial ammonia refrigeration systems, evaporators, screw compressors, and condensing towers Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex plant industrial electrical systems, 3-phase power distribution, motor control centers (MCCs), and automated production machinery controls Partnering directly with our corporate environmental team to support absolute compliance with all Process Safety Management (PSM) blueprints and safety protocols Performing a variety of high-level industrial mechanical and plant facility infrastructure maintenance tasks to keep our production lines running smoothly across the 2nd shift Maintaining detailed, digital documentation of all system readings, daily logs, and completed work orders to ensure an immaculate, food-safe manufacturing environment What We Are Looking For
Ammonia Industry Track Record:
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable, hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial ammonia refrigeration systems ($NH_3$). This is a strict requirement.
Industrial Electrical Fluency:
At least 2 years of solid experience diagnosing industrial electrical networks, controls, and high-voltage distribution safely.
Schedule Commitment:
Absolute readiness and lifestyle alignment to succeed within a permanent 2nd shift block on a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.
Professional Reliability:
