Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and forced air furnaces
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Perform welding and soldering tasks as needed for equipment repair
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on HVAC systems
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to help train/learn as we go
- Some experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair
- General mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- HVAC 5 year (Preferred)
