What You Will Do:
Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps) to company standards Fabricate and install ductwork and sheet metal components Ensure proper system setup, airflow, and overall performance Follow installation specs, safety standards, and local codes Maintain clean, organized job sites Communicate professionally with customers and team members Train and support junior installers as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of HVAC installation experience (including ductwork/sheet metal) Strong knowledge of residential/light commercial systems (gas, electric, heat pumps, refrigerant) Familiarity with low voltage wiring and installation codes Ability to lead, train, or mentor others on job sites Strong safety awareness with tools and equipment Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Professional, customer-focused attitude Willingness to invest in and maintain personal tools Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, etc.)
