Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing equipment; presenting clear options to homeowners (upgrades, IAQ solutions, accessories); and setting the standard for quality on every call. You'll also mentor junior techs and help implement best practices. Qualifications 3+ years residential HVAC service & repair experience (install & service) EPA 608 required Refrigeration, controls, or light-commercial experience a plus Ability to lift 60+ lbs and work in varying conditions Professional appearance, excellent communication, customer-first mindset Valid driver's license with clean driving record Willing to pass background check & drug test ServiceTitan experience a plus Schedule & Environment 5-day work week Focused Lake Forest Gurnee service territory (not roaming all over Chicago) Respectful leadership, organized systems, minimal micromanagement No on-call — real work/life balance If this position
