This role offers the opportunity to travel to project sites across North America supporting advanced HVAC, chiller, and mission-critical cooling systems used in data centers and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on mechanical and electrical experience, and the ability to work independently in the field. This position supports installation, commissioning, start-up, maintenance, and repair activities for high-performance cooling equipment powering next-generation AI and data center infrastructure. This is a travel-intensive role with strong earning potential through overtime and field assignments. Responsibilities Perform installation support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, chillers, CRAH units, and related cooling equipment at customer sites Support start-up and commissioning activities including mechanical, electrical, and controls verification Diagnose equipment and system issues using schematics, technical documentation, and diagnostic tools Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance Read and interpret wiring diagrams, piping diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings Complete field modifications, adjustments, and repairs as required Maintain detailed service documentation, reports, and work orders during field assignments Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and internal teams while representing the company in the field Follow all company safety procedures and site-specific safety requirements Travel extensively to project locations based on business needs Requirements 5+ years of experience in HVAC, chiller service, refrigeration, commissioning, or industrial/mechanical field service Strong troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, and controls systems Experience supporting commercial or industrial HVAC equipment in the field Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Familiarity with chillers, CRAH units, cooling systems, pumps, valves, and related HVAC equipment Commissioning and start-up experience is preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience Willingness to travel frequently (50-80%+ depending on projects) Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Travel & Work Locations Typical rotation: approximately 2 weeks traveling / 1 week home, depending on project schedules.

$40.00 - $55.00 per hour
