Green Bay, WI & Northeast Wisconsin Full-Time | Day Shift | Local Projects IdealAir Heating & Cooling is a 30+ year established HVAC contractor serving the Greater Green Bay and Northeast Wisconsin area. We are seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee and execute high-quality HVAC installations while leading installation crews in the field. This role is ideal for an experienced installer who takes pride in workmanship and wants a stable, long-term leadership position with a respected local company. Key Responsibilities HVAC installation crews on residential or commercial projects Install rooftop units, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related HVAC systems Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation plan Ensure installs meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and code requirements Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism Communicate clearly with project managers, service teams, and customers Work safely from ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as required Qualifications 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred Prior experience leading crews is a plus Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Solid understanding of sheet metal practices and airflow fundamentals Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Universal EPA Certification Valid driver's license with a good driving record Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Must own standard hand tools (Application-specific tools and power tools are provided) Compensation & Benefits Top-tier hourly pay based on experience and leadership ability Bonus potential based on performance and project execution 401(k) with company match and profit sharing Health, dental, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance Paid vacation Paid holidays Company-provided training and advancement opportunities Stable, year-round work with a well-established company Respect for quality workmanship — not rushed installs Local work — home every night Clear expectations and professional management Opportunity to grow with a company that's been here for decades How to Apply Apply through Indeed or stop in and speak with us directly.
