We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Technician who takes pride in doing the job right and wants to grow with a professional, customer-focused company. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on installation experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment. This position requires strong technical ability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems and components Replace and upgrade furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork Install mini-split and indoor air quality systems Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation specifications Ensure all installations meet local codes and company quality standards Troubleshoot installation-related issues and make necessary adjustments Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate professionally with customers and team members Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred EPA Certification Experience with sheet metal fabrication and duct modifications Experience with heat pumps and mini-split systems NATE certification or additional HVAC certifications What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Supportive team environment Career advancement opportunities We are a proud Union Organization- Union benefits would apply Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Occasional overtime How to Apply If you are an experienced HVAC installer looking to join a professional and growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
