Job Description
Wohlers Heating & A/C, a family owned and operated HVAC business based out of Cottage Grove, is expanding and looking to hire a full-time HVAC Service Technician. This position will be responsible for working on HVAC systems primarily in residential homes and light commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnose, access and repair the HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to diagnose, maintain and repair of HVAC systems.
- Educate and advise customers on HVAC options and services.
- Maintain accurate records and billing through our CRM software system.
- Collaborate with our sales and customer service team regarding customer satisfaction and upcoming installation opportunities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in service and repair of HVAC equipment
- Excellent customer service skills including communication skills
- Knowledge of scheduling and invoicing software
- Self-motivating and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Highly dependable, punctual and efficient
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
