S_177523 Spherion is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians across multiple Wisconsin locations for a residential and light commercial HVAC contractor.
Current and future opportunities may include Madison, Appleton, Green Bay, Wausau, Eau Claire, Milwaukee-area, and other Wisconsin markets.

Direct Hire What You'll Do:
Manage the end-to-end installation and commissioning process for home climate systems. Guarantee project integrity by thoroughly completing all required final inspection forms. Act as a technical advisor to clients, ensuring they understand their new system?s features. Verify that every installation meets or exceeds legal requirements and company quality standards. Facilitate smooth handoffs by working closely with the sales and customer service branches. Mitigate workplace hazards through constant vigilance and adherence to safety policies
What You'll Bring:
Requires at least 12 months of hands-on residential HVAC installation.
Technical Skills:
Highly skilled in the operation of specialized HVAC hand tools and advanced diagnostic hardware.
Knowledge:
