We are hiring a Full-Time Experienced HVAC Service Technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills in residential systems. Key Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, service, and repair of HVAC systems Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, and boiler systems Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals Make repair vs. replace recommendations based on system condition Perform preventative maintenance and system performance checks Apply knowledge of air balancing principles and sheet metal practices Process job documentation accurately and efficiently Deliver exceptional customer communication and service Participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Overtime, evenings, and rotating on-call schedule as needed ✅ Required Qualifications Technical School completion + 3 years HVAC experience (6-8 years of field experience may substitute for formal schooling) Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Universal EPA Certification (Required) Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with residential HVAC systems Knowledge of sheet metal practices Strong customer service and communication skills Must possess required HVAC tools Preferred Qualifications Experience servicing boiler systems NATE Certified (or willingness to obtain) Experience with advanced diagnostics and controls Understanding of air balancing principles Why Join Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing?
