What you'll do Install residential furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and full HVAC systems Work alongside experienced Lead Installers across the Milwaukee metro Take on more complex work as your skills grow Complete job documentation in ServiceTitan (photos, forms, payments) Build toward your own Lead Installer role on a defined timeline What we're looking for HVAC trade school graduate OR 1+ year as an installer/helper Comfortable with sheet metal, line sets, electrical connections, and system startup Valid driver's license with a clean record Strong work ethic, reliable, takes pride in quality work Able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check EPA 608 certification a plus (we'll help you get it if you don't have it) Benefits Weekly quality bonus ($7,800
