The Glacier Group and MIH Systems Group operate at the forefront of building commissioning—optimizing complex HVAC systems from early design to daily operations. Our consulting arm provides full commissioning for new and existing facilities, and our technical services team performs start‑ups on sophisticated HVAC equipment from a broad range of manufacturers. MIH's experts prioritize logistical precision, energy savings, and cost‑effective solutions for clients. Why this role matters When equipment is started correctly and serviced well, occupants are comfortable, energy is conserved, and costs are controlled. That's where you come in. Role highlights Specialize in start‑up and service for air‑conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management systems. Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC equipment with accuracy and care. Provide dependable field service and excellent customer communication. Contribute to a growing service practice—open to both seasoned and entry‑level technicians. Territory Serve clients throughout Milwaukee, Madison, and Northern Wisconsin. What you'll bring 5+ years of commercial HVAC field experience (experienced track), or a strong foundation for entry‑level consideration. Working knowledge of commercial A/C and heating, water‑source heat pumps, and rooftop packaged HVAC systems. EPA Type I & II or Universal certification. Personal hand tools and a clean driving record. OSHA 10‑hour training (preferred).

Pay Estimated Salary:

$40-$60/hr based on experience and skills, plus benefits.
