Thielmann Group is searching for the next stellar Lead Residential New Construction HVAC professional to join our growing team. The Role Thielmann Group is looking for a Lead Residential New Construction HVAC Installation Technician to work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximize capacity, efficiency, and profitability. You will exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time. By working closely with the Restoration departments, you will complete jobs on time and within budget, helping achieve the company's goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Install and commission Residential HVAC systems and equipment. Complete installation closeout forms after a job is complete. Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company standards. Collaborate with the Restoration department to ensure a seamless installation process. Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Residential New Construction HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Ability to read blueprints and follow a construction plan. Strong understanding of Residential HVAC systems and components. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Why Join Us?
