Full Job Description List of Responsibilities:
Install HVAC equipment for residential and commercial buildings Perform cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC systems, including warranty services
Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
Customer Support:
Provide excellent customer service, including explaining work performed to clients and answering basic questions Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and equipment Conduct preventative maintenance by tuning up furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, cleaning coils, air handling units, and calibrating heating and cooling systems including boilers Respond to and complete emergency repairs in a timely and efficient manner Use diagnostic tools to identify issues in HVAC units and help resolve problems under the guidance of experienced technicians Accurately document work performed, including parts used and time spent on each service call Assist with ordering and managing HVAC parts and equipment for jobs
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician/Installer Strong knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems Valid driver's license and ability to operate a van
