Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for a skilled, reliable, hands-on HVAC pro to join our team who's just as comfortable fine-tuning systems as they are installing the finishing touches or servicing repairs. If you take pride in doing things right the first time and know your way around blowers, motors, electrical panels, condenser, humidifiers, full installs, etc.-- we want to hear from you. This role is the perfect blend of quality control, installation, and service. You'll be responsible for making sure everything is safe, solid, and running smooth. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and other mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot complex issues utilizing schematics, HVAC design documents, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Diagnose system faults in refrigeration, HVAC/R systems, and appliance repair scenarios to ensure continuous operation. Install new HVAC equipment and ductwork following industry standards and safety protocols. Read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints for system installation or repair projects. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed on property systems. Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC and mechanical systems to ensure safety compliance. Operate specialized tools effectively to perform maintenance, repairs, and installs. Support team efforts in field service operations across multiple sites ensuring timely resolution of issues. What You'll Be Doing Test and inspect HVAC systems to make sure they meet performance and safety standards. Install final components like blowers, motors, and electrical panels. Double-check electrical connections, refrigerant levels, airflow, and system functionality. Catch and correct issues before they become problems. Keep detailed records of inspections, test results, and installation work. Follow safety guidelines and code requirements. Work closely with the team to keep things moving on time. What You Bring A 1-2 year HVAC degree or technical diploma (required). Hands-on experience in HVAC installation or service (2+ years preferred). Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to doing quality work. Valid driver's license with a clean record. EPA certification is a required. What to
