Job Description

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service & Installation Technician to join our growing team. This position works on residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems, providing service, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations. We're looking for someone who is technically skilled, dependable, and professional with customers. If you enjoy variety in your day, working independently, and being part of a team that supports one another, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Participate in an on-call rotation Desired Qualifications HVAC service and installation experience EPA Certification Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with both natural gas and LP heating systems Experience with hydronic heating systems Experience with oil-fired heating equipment Clean driving record Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health & Insurance Benefits provided through the Union (if applicable) Ongoing training and professional development Career advancement opportunities If you're looking for a long-term career with a company that values both technical excellence and customer relationships, apply today.
