Commercial HVAC Technician Requirements:
2+ years of Commercial HVAC service experience preferred Diagnostic/troubleshooting experience required Experience with Rooftop Units (RTUs), Heat Pumps, Cooling Towers, Boilers, or Split System preferred Experience with Chillers, Controls, Heavy Commercial/Industrial or VRF's is a plusCommercial HVAC Technician Benefits:

Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems at customer sites Responsibilities include responding to service calls, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, etc. Additional duties include repairing equipment such as rooftop units, boilers (non-steam), water-source heat pumps, cooling towers, split systems, and some VRF systems Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures. Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts. Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
