We are currently seeking a motivated HVAC Installer to join their growing team-a role focused on enhancing the comfort and safety of homes across our community through quality craftsmanship and innovative service.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end installation and commissioning process for home climate systems. Guarantee project integrity by thoroughly completing all required final inspection forms. Act as a technical advisor to clients, ensuring they understand their new system?s features. Verify that every installation meets or exceeds legal requirements and company quality standards. Facilitate smooth handoffs by working closely with the sales and customer service branches. Mitigate workplace hazards through constant vigilance and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications:

Soft Skills:

Detail-oriented mindset with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Communication:

Capable of conveying technical information clearly to both clients and internal staff.

Compliance:

Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an insurable driving history.

Experience:

Requires at least 12 months of hands-on residential HVAC installation.

Technical Skills:

Highly skilled in the operation of specialized HVAC hand tools and advanced diagnostic hardware.

Knowledge:
