Paid Holidays Compensation:
$20-$45/hour based on experience plus service spiffs
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC and ventilation systems, using root-cause analysis to ensure long-term solutions. Perform comprehensive maintenance, including cleaning air handlers and coils, system calibration, and replacing wear-and-tear components (motors, fans, belts, and filters). Translate technical findings into clear repair options for homeowners and provide transparent, upfront pricing. Evaluate aging or inefficient equipment and educate customers on system replacements and ongoing maintenance memberships. professional rapport with homeowners to better understand lifestyle needs and system requirements. Maintain consistent communication with Dispatch and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient scheduling and job completion. Manage a fully stocked service vehicle and ensure all job sites are kept clean, safe, and organized. Complete all invoices, timecards, and service reports accurately and on time via company mobile platforms.
What You Bring:
2+ years of residential HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience. EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of local HVAC codes and safety standards. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs. Ability to frequent stoop, kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces. Ability to climb and work from ladders. Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold, as well as adverse weather conditions.
