Job:

Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems Install ductwork including flexible tubing and sheet metal construction Interpret job specifications, layouts, and installation requirements Ensure all systems are installed to code, manufacturer specs, and company standards Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field Install and connect electrical components related to HVAC systems Test systems to ensure proper operation and performance Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers when needed Follow all safety protocols and procedures Qualifications for the

Job:

1+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial) Journeyman or Lead experience is a plus Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation practices Ability to read and interpret basic plans and specifications Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid Wisconsin driver's license Ability to lift 60-80 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Comfortable working at heights and using ladders when needed Strong time management and reliability
