Job:

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Technician with several years of hands-on experience. This position is ideal for someone who already possesses a background in HVAC and is ready to further enhance their expertise while contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced team.

Duties:

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and related ductwork with minimal supervision Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency Perform preventative maintenance tasks and proactively address potential concerns Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues using troubleshooting techniques Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and industry standards during all phases of work Communicate clearly with customers and clients, providing detailed explanations of issues identified, recommended solutions, and completed work

Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of practical, hands-on experience working with HVAC systems Proficient understanding of HVAC equipment, advanced tools, and safety standards EPA Section 608 Certification required, or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment Excellent communication skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team Valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record Completion of a technical school program or associate degree in HVAC strongly preferred Why Join Our Team?
