CompensationBenefits $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience Medical Insurance 401(k) with company match up to 4% Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Company-Provided Uniform, Phone, and Vehicle Tool Assistance Program Consistent year-round work with no seasonal layoffs Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional overtime may be required) What You'll Do Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems Conduct thorough inspections, cleanings, and basic troubleshooting Provide professional, high-quality service during every customer visit Work alongside experienced technicians while developing your skills Help customers maintain comfortable and efficient heating and cooling systems year-round What You Need Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record HVAC technical training or minimum 6 months of hands-on experience Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Positive attitude and desire to learn HVAC Technical School certificate (preferred) If you're dependable, eager to grow, and ready to launch or advance your HVAC career with a company that truly values its team, we want to hear from you.
