Pay:
$75,000-$199,000 per year, including base compensation, performance incentives, commission, and bonuses
Schedule:
8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday (OT available)

RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE PROFESSIONAL ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
Each day looks different, but expect to: Conduct system diagnostics Evaluate HVAC components Present recommendations Educate clients Complete repairs and maintenance Generate sales and provide leads This role is ideal for someone who values precision, communication, and quality workmanship.
What You Need:
Ability to obtain a WV Tech testing card within 30 days NATE certification preferred Strong mechanical aptitude encouraged
