Starting at $18.00 We are seeking a Complex Electromechanical Assembler to become an integral part of our team! Our client is a leading integrated manufacturing solutions provider serving the fastest-growing segments of the global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) market. Primary Responsibilities:
Performs a wide variety of complex electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on complete integrated systems. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Performs in process real time failure analysis and evaluates the electrical and mechanical characteristics of systems and/or integrated circuits, components, sub-components and systems to determine the cause of failure as well as appropriate actions for immediate correction. Develops methods, processes, procedures and equipment that will improve the failure analysis process and/or reduce failures.
NATURE OF WORK
: To assemble complex electromechanical assemblies. Large system assembly. Must be able to read and interpret electronic schematics and assembly drawings. Must be able to work closely with engineers. This position requires flexibility and understanding that all staff may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goals of the company.
Skills and Experience:
Highschool Diploma or
GED 6-12
months experience as mechanical assembler Must have experience with handtools
Shift and Schedule:
Onsite 1st Shift 5:30am- 4pm
