  • 1-2 years' experience required
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Advanced technical training - mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC
  • Clear understanding of lean principals and the application of lean tools
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and Weekends
  • Supports Operational Performance Metrics and meets targets for improvement
  • Supports annual operating plan
  • Cleaning and enhancing their work area
  • Perform 5S audits
  • Develop ideas for Kaizen and participate in implementation
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed
Available Shifts:
  • 6am - 4:30pm with 12-hour shifts and weekends
  • 6pm-4:30pm with 12-hour shifts and weekends
Pay Details:
