1433 S Tech BLVD, Gilbert, AZ 85233 What you'll build and own Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical products with hand, pneumatic, and electric tools Decode and apply intermediate blueprints and technical specifications Hold tight tolerances using calipers, drop indicators, and other precision gauges Execute pressure testing and part marking (ink, epoxy, electro-etch, vibro-peen) Mix/apply specialty compounds exactly to spec Use hydraulic and hand presses for accurate component installation Document each step to maintain complete production records Must bring 2+ years in assembly within a manufacturing/technical environment High school diploma or GED Mechanical aptitude and a detail-first mindset Blueprint literacy and expert use of precision measurement tools U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) required by export control Traits we value Self-driven, reliable work ethic Team-focused communicator Quality champion and pragmatic problem-solver Organized, efficient, and safety-conscious Skill set spotlight Equipment troubleshooting Machine building and assembly Mechanical troubleshooting Advanced mechanical assembly Excellent communication Shop math proficiency Blueprint reading Bring your precision, pride, and problem-solving mindset—and step into a high-impact role with a clear path to advanced (Level 3) work.
