Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Mechanical Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components and systems, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to schematics. This role requires proficiency in various assembly techniques and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assemble electronic components according to provided schematics and specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery for assembly tasks. Perform soldering of components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other electronic assemblies. Conduct quality checks using tools such as calipers and ohmmeters to ensure accuracy and functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the assembly process, maintaining a focus on efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. Experience Must have Automated machine operator experience Must have Conformal Coat experience Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, including schematics. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of machining processes is beneficial but not required.
