Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic We are hiring! As a Maintenance Mechanic, this role is focused on mechanical and electromechanical equipment repair within a manufacturing/seed processing environment and organized work area in Gilroy , CA area!
Shift:
Mon-Thurs Hours:
5:30am-4:00pm / 4 - 10's with 2 hours of OT each day
Pay:
$25.00-$35.00
Job Duties:
Hands-on experience replacing gearboxes and motors Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Performing preventative maintenance on equipment, changing/installing motors, repairing burners Replace and align motors, gearboxes, bearings, and drive components Calibrate equipment and support manager with purchase orders as to order materials, parts / supplies Inspect and test equipment to located damaged or worn parts and diagnose malfunctions by referencing schematic drawings Observe gauges, dials, or other indicators to verify machine and process functionality.
Experience/Qualifications:
Requires a HS Diploma or equivalent Background knowledge in high paced production manufacturing and /or seed processing Able to lift 50 lbs Background knowledge and experience in an industrial maintenance position or equivalent education to be in an internship role Why work for Advance Services, Inc.
