As we grow, we are looking for skilled professionals to join our team and help build our mechanical division. We prioritize quality workmanship, safety, and a team-oriented environment. Position Overview We are seeking a Mechanical Journeyman to perform mechanical installations, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, and piping systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical construction, troubleshooting, and repair, with a strong understanding of piping, brazing, and system installations.

Responsibilities:

Install, assemble, and maintain mechanical systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, and hydronic piping. Perform piping, brazing, and welding tasks according to industry standards. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics for installation and troubleshooting. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems. Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Diagnose system malfunctions and recommend corrective actions. Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical installation, HVAC, or piping systems. Journeyman license or equivalent experience preferred. Proficiency in brazing, soldering, and welding of copper and other piping materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings . Knowledge of mechanical codes, safety standards, and regulations . Experience with refrigeration systems, hydronic systems, and HVAC equipment is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
