Position The Upfit Mechanic is a hands-on role that preps chassis, installs electrical systems and accessories, and supports overall vehicle assembly. Responsibilities chassis for truck body installation Install bodies, bumpers, wiring, and accessories per specs Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance Support team goals with flexibility and attention to detail Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Able to read and use a tape measure Comfortable using hand and power tools Experience in manufacturing, auto body, mechanical work, or service tech roles preferred Basic wiring knowledge (cutting, stripping, connecting wires) Benefits 401K with Company Match Health, Vision & Dental Insurance Life & Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Account Paid Time Off (PTO) Program Paid Holidays Reimbursement for Select Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Aebi Schmidt i s an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
