Assembly Techician

We're looking for a hands on Assembly Technician to join our shop floor team. You'll build and fine tune tray formers, packaging machines, and material handling equipment keeping our production line running at its best.

Assemble new equipment from components:

motors, gears, sprockets, valves, and linkages Perform machine set-up and timing adjustments Collaborate with Engineering, Machine Shop, Parts Room, Welding, and Service teams Wire electrical panels and field components Troubleshoot box quality, mechanical, and electrical problems Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, manlifts, and dollies Required Skills High school diploma or GED, or 1+ year of general work experience Hands-on with hand tools, power tools, and industrial or complex machinery (automotive, farm equipment, etc.) Lift up to 50 lbs; work in temps exceeding 100°F; stand, stoop, and move throughout shift Read assembly drawings and parts lists; visualize components from 2D/3D blueprints Work Enviroment Moderate to high noise levels ( hearing protection required) Hot conditions with possible dust, fumes, or chemicals present Collaborative team environment working across multiple departments and facilities Schedule Day shift 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday Some Saturdays required
