Responsibilities Operate and maintain machinery, including forklifts and power tools, to support production activities. Utilize hand tools for various tasks, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Assist in inventory management within the warehouse as needed. Qualifications Previous woodworking experience is highly desirable for the manufacture of laminate countertops. Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues effectively. Experience operating forklifts is highly desirable. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
