Role:
Team 360 Staffing is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Production Mechanic to maintain, repair, and optimize a wide range of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or production environment and a strong background in mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues in mechanical equipment and production machinery. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, tools, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Replace or repair worn or defective parts such as bearings, gears, belts, and motors. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and maintenance manuals. Adjust functional parts of equipment and control instruments. Maintain maintenance logs and records of repairs and parts used. Ensure machinery is operating at peak efficiency and meets safety standards. Collaborate with production operators to schedule downtime and minimize disruption. Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery or equipment. Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred. 3+ years of experience as a machine or industrial mechanic in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting. Ability to read schematics, machine drawings, and service manuals. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Physical ability to lift heavy parts, stand for long periods, and work in confined spaces. Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if needed.
Working Conditions:
Work performed in a factory or production facility with exposure to noise, dust, oil, and machinery. Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). May require overtime or weekend work based on production needs.
