This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hand tools expertise. As an integral part of our production process, you will be responsible for assembling components accurately and efficiently, ensuring that each product meets our strict quality standards. Duties Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to schematics and blueprints Read and interpret detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise assembly Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other mechanical tools to verify dimensions and quality standards Operate machinery including welding, machining, soldering equipment, and forklifts safely and efficiently Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or deviations from specifications Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse or manufacturing area to promote safety and efficiency Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed Skills Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments for accurate measurements Strong understanding of schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for assembly processes Mechanical knowledge with experience in fabrication, welding, soldering, machining, and power tools operation Familiarity with manufacturing environments and warehouse operations including forklift handling Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical instructions for assembly tasks Experience with soldering techniques and metal fabrication is a plus Knowledge of safety protocols related to welding, machining, power tools, and warehouse equipment Join us as an Assembly Worker where your attention to detail and mechanical skills will drive the production of top-tier products.
