How you'll grow impact In this role, you'll elevate plant performance by advancing automation, tightening SPC discipline, applying lean flow principles, and improving systems. Your work directly influences uptime, product quality, and cost efficiency. Your responsibilities Lead day-to-day preventive maintenance: schedule, execute, and record activities in IQMS. Complete machine PMs and maintain accurate documentation. Keep critical spares and PM supplies stocked; source parts and equipment for timely repairs. Use hand/power tools safely and align to all internal and external safety requirements. Be resource-conscious—use only what's needed when it's needed. Partner effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams. Fabricate and modify components that improve reliability and maintainability. Adhere to company procedures and applicable regulatory standards. Operate a PC daily (Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office). Perform additional related duties as assigned. What you bring At least five years as a maintenance mechanic. Demonstrated hydraulic and electrical capability. High school diploma or GED. Comfort switching between metric and standard tooling. Agility to adjust to changing daily directives. Strong verbal communication across the organization. Working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, and MS Office. Thorough knowledge of electrical safety. Nice to have Background or coursework (AS) in electronics. Understanding of ISO frameworks. Spanish language skills. Technical toolkit Preventive maintenance planning and execution Mechanical troubleshooting and repair 120/208/240/480 VAC power systems Electrical troubleshooting and repair HVAC troubleshooting Pneumatic system diagnostics General maintenance and repair skills Hydraulic systems and components Mechanical systems and component repair Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Electrical schematic reading Familiarity with PLC ecosystems such as Fanuc, Allen‑Bradley, and Siemens is beneficial.
