Technicians rotate through multiple stations and must maintain strong attention to detail in all assembly tasks.

Schedule & Pay Mon-Fri:

6:00 AM - 4:30 PM;

Sat:

6:00 AM - 11:00 AM Overtime required (avg. 50-55 hrs/week) $20-$21/hour (DOE) Key Skills & Experience Read technical drawings and color codes Assembly experience with hand/power tools Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Knowledge of safety and quality standards Team-oriented; 1+ year in production/assembly Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly (bolting, drilling, hoist/crane use) Cross-train and support team across stations Identify and communicate safety/quality improvements Track materials and parts using company systems Maintain a positive, reliable work ethic Physical Requirements Stand for 10-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment Lift/move up to 50 lbs repeatedly Follow PPE and safety requirements
