Job Description

Job Summary:
The Service Repair Associate assists mechanics with inspections, maintenance, and repairs on cranes and hoists. This includes using hand tools, lifting and moving parts, cleaning work areas, and supporting the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. The role requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA and company protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist mechanics with diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Help perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on diesel engines. Support installation and assembly of crane and hoist equipment. Assist with daily and periodic inspections to ensure safe equipment operation. Safely use and maintain hand, power, and pneumatic tools. Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized work area, and complete required service and inspection paperwork accurately.
