• We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience supporting automotive refinish operations, paint systems, and industrial manufacturing equipment.

The ideal candidate will be the person others call when equipment goes down. You understand both the mechanical and process side of manufacturing, especially in automotive paint booths. You take pride in solving problems quickly, preventing future failures, and keeping production running safely and efficiently. Duties and responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and automotive refinish equipment.. Troubleshoot and repair paint booths, air handling units, conveyors, pumps, compressors, ovens, curing systems, and fluid delivery equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues. Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to improve equipment reliability. Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders. Communicate with production managers and owners about what needs repair. Oversee contractors utilized to perform maintenance tasks. Other duties as assigned.
