Full-Time Join Our Team as an Electromechanical Assembler We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our growing manufacturing and engineering team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, soldering, blueprint reading, and troubleshooting electromechanical systems . The successful candidate will play a critical role in assembling, testing, and maintaining high-quality equipment while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components according to engineering drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, soldering, and mechanical assembly tasks with precision and accuracy. Conduct quality inspections, functional testing, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve assembly or performance issues. Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment . Read and interpret technical documents, assembly instructions, engineering specifications, and manufacturing procedures . Maintain accurate production records, test results, and assembly documentation. Follow all workplace safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing best practices . Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production teams to improve assembly processes, product quality, and operational efficiency. Assist with process improvements, continuous improvement initiatives, and root-cause analysis activities. Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in electromechanical assembly, electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or production environments. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation . Experience with soldering, wiring, crimping, cable assembly, and mechanical component installation . Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and electromechanical equipment . Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED required; technical school, vocational training, or associate degree in electronics, electrical technology, mechatronics, or a related field preferred . Preferred Skills Experience with industrial equipment, automation systems, control panels, robotics, or electronic assemblies . Familiarity with quality control procedures, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices . Understanding of multimeters, oscilloscopes, test equipment, and diagnostic tools . IPC soldering certification or similar technical certifications are a plus. Why Join Us?
