We are seeking a motivated and dependable Electromechanical Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be building and assembling the motorized systems that power our custom retractable enclosures and skylights. If you are detail-oriented and eager to learn a specialized skill, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities Build & Wire:
Assemble precise mechanical and electrical components, wiring small motors, controls, and related automated equipment.
Blueprint Reading:
Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings and technical instructions.
Tool Mastery:
Use a variety of hand and power tools safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Quality Control:
Troubleshoot, test, and make fine adjustments to systems to ensure flawless operation before they ship.
Workspace Ownership:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
On-Site Installation:
Travel to project sites for motor installation, integration, and fine-tuning of our retractable systems.
Qualifications The Right Aptitude:
Strong mechanical reasoning and a sharp eye for detail. Experience (A Plus, Not a Must): Prior experience with small motors, electrical wiring, or manufacturing assembly is preferred, but we are 100% willing to train the right candidate.
Mindset:
A strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
