We serve the entire market including medical, automotive, aerospace, and heavy equipment manufacturing. Electro-Mechanical Assembly Tech Koma Precision - East Windsor, CT Job Description Responsibilities
    Assembly and Installation:
    Assemble components like servomotors, actuators, and wiring harnesses according to schematics, blueprints, or written instructions.
    • Testing and troubleshooting: Test electromechanical assemblies for functionality using tools like multimeter, calipers, micrometers, and indicators.
    • Technical fabrication: Operate machinery, including drill press and grinders, to fabricate or modify parts as necessary.
    • Quality assurance: inspect, adjust, and calibrate finished assemblies to meet engineering specifications.
    Documentation:
    Maintain records of assembly procedures, test results, and any adjustments made. Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Technical proficiency: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics.
    • Mechanical aptitude: Experience with hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.
    Education/Experience:
    High school diploma or equivalent. Technical vocational training or prior experience in electromechanical trade a plus.
    • Attention to detail: Must have meticulous focus to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
    • Physical stamina: Often requires standing, lifting, kneeling, and handling of product up to 50 pounds. Benefits
