Mechanical Assembly TechnicianManufacturing | Alachua, FL $19-$20/hour | Full-Time Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a leading international manufacturer in the Alachua area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, assembling precision equipment, and working in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Position Overview As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will assemble mechanical components and equipment using blueprints, assembly drawings, hand tools, and power tools while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a stable manufacturer that offers excellent benefits upon permanent hire. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and precision measuring instruments Read and interpret blueprints and assembly documentation Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues during assembly Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements Work collaboratively with production and quality teams Qualifications Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read mechanical drawings or blueprints is a plus Experience using hand and power tools Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team High School Diploma or GED preferred Stable work history and dependable attendance Compensation & Benefits $19-$20/hour depending on experience Full-time opportunity Long-term career potential Excellent benefits available upon permanent hire Clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment Opportunity for advancement with a global manufacturing company Why Apply Through Express?
