PrideStaff is recruiting for three (3) experienced Electrical Mechanical Assemblers to join an elite team at a premier healthcare manufacturing facility! PrideStaff is searching on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturer in the medical/healthcare space, creating products that truly matter. Monday•
Thursday:
7:00 AM•4:30
PM Friday:
7:00 AM•11:30 AM (Yes, half-day Fridays!)
Note:
Occasional overtime may be requested during peak production.
The Mission:
Precision Level 2 Assembly As a Level 2 Assembler, you aren't just following a line; you are a technical problem-solver. You will be responsible for the sophisticated assembly, wiring, and testing of medical-grade components.
Your High-Impact Responsibilities:
Blueprint & Schematic Mastery:
You will live and breathe engineering drawings. We need someone who can interpret complex wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) with zero errors.
Point-to-Point Wiring Expert:
Execute high-level point-to-point wiring, cable routing, crimping, and precision soldering. Your wiring will be the "nervous system" of life-saving medical devices.
Complex Component Installation:
Install critical parts including relays, terminal blocks, switches, power supplies, motors, and sensors.
Functional Validation:
Conduct thorough functional testing and inspections to ensure every unit meets rigorous medical-grade quality standards.
Leadership & Mentorship:

What You Bring:
Experience:
Proven, hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (Level 2 proficiency required). Technical "Toolbox": Demonstrated mastery in point-to-point wiring and the ability to read and interpret advanced blueprints/schematics.
Independence:
The ability to work with limited supervision while maintaining a clean, organized 5S workstation.
