Position Overview As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a vital role maintaining and installing equipment used in the production of high-strength structural components utilized in aerospace applications worldwide. Competitive Pay:
- $34.20/hour starting for 1st shift training for 90 days from 7:00AM-3:00PM $2/hour shift differential for weekday nights $2.50/hour differential for weekend nights Train Monday - Friday; 7:00AM-3:00PM Overtime as deemed necessary Flexible Schedule Needed- Weekday nights, 7PM-7AM (3 days one week and 4 days the next) Weekend nights, 7PM-7AM (3 days one week and 4 days the next) Paid Time Off (PTO): Begin earning PTO after just 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities Trouble-shoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems Perform fabrication, welding, torch cutting, light carpentry duties, etc. Perform PMs per schedule Promote and practice workplace safety Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred Strong communication and decision-making skills Ability to operate various machines Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly You should be proficient in: Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Pneumatics Troubleshooting Hydraulic Systems & Components Equipment Diagnostics & Troubleshooting Equipment Repair & Maintenance
