Job Description

About the Role As an Industrial Equipment Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource, ensuring peak operational efficiency through proactive maintenance and rapid resolution of mechanical challenges. You will leverage your expertise in complex systems to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement across our production facility. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve issues within electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems by interpreting complex schematics and technical diagrams. Execute precise repairs on conveyors, facility infrastructure, and specialized manufacturing machinery to maintain high uptime. Optimize equipment performance through regular lubrication, diagnostic testing, and operational adjustments. Manage industrial control systems to ensure consistent production quality and output. Collaborate cross-functionally with operators and management to implement equipment modifications that enhance overall throughput. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records to ensure seamless communication across shifts. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field. Strong proficiency in reading and applying technical schematics and blueprints. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair multi-disciplinary systems independently. Commitment to rigorous safety standards and efficient work practices. Preferred Skills Certification in electrical or mechanical maintenance. Experience with PLC programming or advanced industrial control systems. Background in high-volume manufacturing environments.
