Plant Mechanic Job Summary:

Join our team as a skilled Mechanic to play a vital role in maintaining and repairing various mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in a variety of areas

• carpentry, plumbing, painting, welding and electrical.

Should be able to fabricate components, performing welding, understanding hydraulics, engage in and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess component accuracy
• Interpret schematics to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
• Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs or upgrades
• Perform welding for metal fabrication projects
• Handle routine building maintenance
• Work with low voltage systems for maintenance and repair tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role
• Proficiency in utilizing precision measuring instruments and interpreting schematics
• Experience in fabricating components and performing welding
• Knowledge of using a voltmeter, ohmmeter, and understanding hydraulics
