Job Description
- Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
- Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm $33/hr
- Summary
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment to support safe, efficient operations and minimize downtime.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems + Perform preventive maintenance and root cause analysis + Plan and support maintenance activities and equipment improvements + Maintain accurate reports, inventory, and documentation + Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace + Support production and coordinate contractor work as needed
- Qualifications
- + Industrial maintenance experience required + Knowledge of hydraulics, basic electrical, and equipment troubleshooting + Ability to read schematics and use basic computer systems + Flexible to work shifts, overtime, and on‑call as needed + Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
