You'll move from a morning walk-through to an urgent line call, then finish strong by documenting your work and handing off clear status updates. That's a day well spent. What You'll Do in a Typical Shift Perform safe, timely repairs on a wide variety of plant equipment and facility systems. Diagnose faults, isolate root causes, and restore equipment to service. Follow direction from the Maintenance Supervisor for daily priorities and task sequencing. Conduct walk-through inspections in your assigned area to spot issues early. Complete both runtime and downtime preventive maintenance on assigned assets. Record labor and activities accurately through work orders and close them out on completion. Assist production with process troubleshooting when problems arise. Maintain a clean, organized work area, including tools and toolbox. Communicate equipment status to supervisors, operators, and peers through clear verbal updates and written reports. Promote teamwork and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Work with a safety-first mindset, adhering to LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, and Environmental policies. Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external customer needs. What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Associate's degree in a maintenance or technical discipline (preferred). 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
