We custom design and build all our pre-treatment washers, dry-off and cure ovens, environmental rooms, conveyance systems, and controls to specific requirements. Midwest Finishing Systems is seeking a General Assembly Technician (Mechanical/Electrical) responsible for the mechanical and electrical assembly of equipment to ensure proper operation and quality standards are met. Duties/Responsibilities:

Assemble complex wiring layouts Set up and testing of system components Communicating problems and quality control issues to co-workers and managers Keeping work area clean and organized Operating a forklift, pallet jack, or other equipment to load and ship products Other General Assembly Technician (Mechanical/Electrical)

Requirements and Qualifications:

Basic understanding of 480VAC, 120VAC, and 24VDC wiring Basic understanding of electrical prints Excellent verbal and written communications skills Prepping assemblies mechanically and electrically Bending EMT conduit Installation of wire basket and cables General use of hand tools Willing to travel on a limited basis Must possess a valid driver's license and satisfactorily pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
