Industrial Maintenance Mechanic | $40/hr | First Shift

Job Summary We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to support both production equipment and facility utility systems in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who enjoys working on a variety of equipment and takes pride in keeping systems running reliably. This position will spend time supporting utility equipment, performing preventive maintenance activities, and helping improve overall equipment reliability throughout the plant.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance on production and facility equipment Support utility systems including boilers, steam systems, air compressors, and HVAC equipment Complete preventive maintenance tasks and equipment inspections Collect equipment condition data and identify potential maintenance concerns Document maintenance activities and work orders within the CMMS system Work closely with the maintenance team to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime Follow established maintenance procedures and safety standards

Qualifications:

Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience Basic understanding of utility systems, including steam, compressed air, boilers, and HVAC Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Comfortable using a CMMS system to document maintenance activities Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
